What the bar passes through
Peeling, grinding, straightening and cutting all happen under one roof at Bilaspur, so we control the finish instead of chasing it around the market.
Bar peeling
Takes the rough skin off hot-rolled bar in a single pass and leaves a concentric, defect-free surface.
Centreless grinding
Brings peeled bar to final size, roundness and finish — down to 0.1 Ra where the job calls for it.
Straightening
Holds straightness to roughly 0.1 mm per metre, so long shafts stay true through machining.
Bandsaw cutting
Cuts to your length, up to 6000 mm, with square ends ready for the next operation.

We manufacture peeled and ground bars, and we import honed tubes for the hydraulic trade. Between our CNC machines, bar peeling line, centreless grinders and straightening equipment, most of what a customer needs is finished here rather than passed along.
