Two products, one standard
We import honed tube for the hydraulic and engineering trade, and we manufacture peeled and ground bar ourselves. Both leave here checked against the same drawing you sent us.
Honed Tubes
A honed tube is a steel tube whose bore has been polished to a smooth, round finish, so a piston seal can run against it without scoring or leaking. Ours go into hydraulic cylinders, construction and agricultural equipment, and industrial machinery.

Peeled & Ground Bars
Peeling removes the rough outer skin of a hot-rolled bar in one pass, leaving a clean, straight, defect-free surface. Grind it further and you get the roundness and finish a precision shaft or cylinder rod needs. We do both, and we chrome plate and induction harden on request.
